If you butcher a cow, you’ll get beefsteak or veal;
If you butcher a sheep, you’ll get mutton or lamb;
If you butcher a goat, you’ll get nothing but goat;
You can butcher a pig for pork, bacon or ham.
But if you should butcher a White Goat
(A practice I don’t recommend)
The stuff that you get is called “long pork”
(I do hope it wasn’t a friend).

This was inspired by one of the lines in “Dead Man’s Chest”. The title owes something to Tom Smith….
